1. Overview
At Audiopanzer, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure your confidence in choosing us. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
2. Full Refund - Within 7 Days
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
- This applies to first-time subscribers only
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Your account will be downgraded to the free tier upon refund
No questions asked - if you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, we'll refund your payment in full.
3. Prorated Refund - After 7 Days
After the initial 7-day period, refunds may be issued on a prorated basis:
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your current billing period
- Prorated refunds are available for monthly and annual subscriptions
- The prorated amount is calculated from the date the refund request is approved
- Processing fees may apply to prorated refunds
For example, if you are on a monthly plan and request a refund on day 15, you would receive a refund for approximately 50% of your monthly fee.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Consumed Credits: Credits that have been used to generate stories, audio, or other content cannot be refunded
- Add-on Purchases: One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used
- Renewal Charges: Refund requests for automatic renewal charges must be made within 48 hours of the charge
- Promotional Offers: Subscriptions purchased under special promotional pricing may have different refund terms as specified in the promotion
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Send an email to billing@storyforge.ai or use our contact form with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include Details: Provide your account email address, subscription plan, purchase date, and the reason for your refund request
- Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
- Receive Refund: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-14 business days depending on your financial institution
Please note that processing times are estimates and may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
Canceling your subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions. Canceling your subscription will prevent future charges but does not automatically issue a refund. If you wish to receive a refund, please submit a refund request as described above. Cancellation alone will allow you to continue using the Service until the end of your current billing period.
8. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may appeal by contacting us at billing@storyforge.ai with additional details. We will review your appeal within 5 business days. We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, as chargebacks may result in account suspension.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
